10 (ten) things why we easily get pissed off (by situation)

For almost 4 (years) of being a College student, I was also experienced lots of irritating situations that are all inevitable or simply, annoying scenes brought about by the natural situation and daily happenings.

As a student I've already encountered several annoyance from home going to school and even in entire day experiences. That is now I believed that life is a balance thing, when there is a good luck, surely there is also a bad luck. And to give you some hint of what I am talking about. Here I made effort to list down all the possible annoying experiences I myself is not an exception to experienced those, and probably, you might also relate to these disgusts.

1. You woke up early in the morning just to take a bath, but you didn't informed that there would be a water supply interruption on that very moment.

2. You woke up very early to prepare for your first class. you took a bath, fixed yourself as if you are one of the beauty pageant candidate, just to look presentable and amiable. But there is a Good at the same time a BAD NEWS for YOU! As you prepared enough to go to school and there is is a text message from your classmate informing you that  "No Classes Today" (Pls pass).

3. After a long wait for the jeep. you got one, but its quite full of passengers. But because you are in hurry, you can't help but to put yourself over the sardines-like condition of the passengers, as if you paid enough but you sit is kinda urgh as if you just paid the half of your fare. (ridiculous).

4. Jeep scenario. There are still vacant seats, but most are occupied by some (greedy) passengers. It is obvious that you are looking for a seat, instead of allowing you to take the vacant part, they will just wait you to say " Excuse me" to give you way. (Selfish faggots!) '-'

5. You are about to pay your fare going to the driver. You already said "Bayad po" you are almost 30 seconds waiting for someone who is kindhearted who will pick your fare up and give it to the driver, but no one wanted to extend effort, as if they are all having an Mp3 player on their decaying ears!

6. You paid your fare, but you know you still have a change. As you observe, you are about to stepped down on a jeep, but the driver is so sick, he still doesn't give your change, as if you have to kneel down first in front of him and beg for your own money.

7. Pedestrian Lane scenario. Horrible Drivers! Instead of giving you way to get on the other side of the road, they will never give you a chance, as if they are ambulance driver the way they drive their urgh auto.

8. You are already 20 mins. late, You ride on the waiting tricycle. You are indeed! in a hurry. But you can't help but to wait for the other passengers to fill the empty seats.

9. After the terrible experiences along the way. Here you are at the gate of your school. Again disgusts awaits you. Security agents will check your bags/belongings, as if you are a close friend of Saddam hussein, (a terrorist). - so another cause of your delay!

10. You are indeed late comer! You will enter the dragon, in the room rather! (laugh)! Everyone is staring at you, as if you are an angel went down from heaven, or as if you have ate greasy spaghetti and lots of stain left on your lips. But sometimes you want to scream out and say (duh) its just me!) gosh! uber pathetic! :)

11. You're professor asked a question, you've got the answer on your mind, but attempting to raise your hand, one of your classmates got the answer. (oh come'on baby. don't be turtle.!:)

12. You have a quiz, but you don't have a paper. You are begging to your classmate to give you at least one, but he/she doesn't care about you, buy your own. (Gosh! so selfish! if you want I'll buy 10 pad papers and I'm gonna Slap it on your face(greedy).lol)


13. During the quiz. You are confident that you know everything on the quiz. But little do you know, all what you've studied are not included in the quiz! or sometimes, you spend most of you night time for a review of all of your notes, until you found out the type of exam is a big ESSAY and TRUE or FALSE!

14. You've got all the possible answer on your mind. in short you are confident. but you have this over acting froggilette besides you that exerting over and so much effort just to cover his/her paper against you. (Gosh! you're not that bright and I'm not that desperate to copy your bullsh*t answers!)


15. A canteen scenario. You are looking for some food for lunch, someone will ask you, "bibili/kakain?" (Gonna buy/eat?), duh! No I'm gonna wash all your soiled Dish (ndi, ndi huhugasan ko mga gamit niyong plato). (duh! common sense dude!)

Kabanata I: Sino si Ako?

Ako si Rowel Alcaide anak nina Kiyoshi Miyamura at Linda Alcaide. (Maraming nagtatanong bakit daw Alcaide ang aking apelyido at hindi miyamura, ang sagot ay eto: Hindi opisyal na kasal ang aking mga magulang kaya't hindi ko maaaring gamitin ang miyamura, ito ay ayon sa batas.) kuha mo? haha! Sabi nang nanay ko ipinanganak niya daw ako noong kasalukuyang sumasabog ang bulkang pinatubo,(kaya siguro mukha akong nasabugan.haha). ito ay noong June 16, 1991. Oo ako ay 20 taong gulang na sa mga sandaling ito. ngunit sa edad kong ito maraming nagsasabi na hindi daw ako mukang 20(tuwenti), muka daw akong 40(porti). haha syempre joke lng un. Naalala ko sabi ng speech prof. ko pagkatapos kong magpakilala at sabihin ang age ko sabi niya "Are you already 20 yrs. old?" gusto ko sana sagutin "Hindi hindi, kasasabi lang diba? haha" pero siyempre di ko ginawa un kasi malamng nagulpi di gulat ako nun, but infairness to her, she's very kind and approachable. Tatak Elbinian nga pala ako, dito na ko lumaki (teka parang naman ako lumaki) :). Dito ko ginugol ang buong 20 taon ng aking buhay, maraming pangyayari sa elbi na naging kasaysayan na din at masasabi kong naging parte din ako ng makulay na kasaysayan na iyo. 

Lumaki ako sa pangngalaga nang aking mga butihing Lolo at lola (silang mga rakista)haha. (palagi kasi sila may hawak na gitara kahit di masyado marunong.hehe. But I love them so much, from the bottom of my hypothalamus and my heart as well). Sila ang naging buhay ko mula nang magkaisip ako (meron b ko nun?. teka pagiisipan ko muna) :). Si papang kasi nasa japan kasi japanese siya, si mamang naman ayun nagpapakakuba para may panggatas (akalain mo un? gatas pla ininom ko, kala ko kasi kape lang afford nila mamang kasi tatak nescafe kulay ko.haha). Oo naging medyo malungkot ang kabataan ko, pero hindi naman sobra kasi kapag umuuwi sila mamang at papang sinisigurado nilang they will make the most out of such moment with me (bigla ako napaenglish).Naranasan ko naman kahit papano ang magshopping with them, dinner sa labas at maraming bonding moments. Actually, masaya naman ako sa aking kabataan, naibibigay naman nila ang lahat ng gusto ko, laruan, pera, gala at marami pang iba. Pero di naman talaga yun ang gusto ko, ang gusto ko di na kami magkakahiwa-hiwalay (Drama?), oo kung pwede lang na gumamit ako ng mighty bond para lang magkakasama kami palagi at huwag nang maghiwalay pa gagawin ko, pero imposible ang gusto ko.

Every Sunday! Hello Bro!

Mula lunes hanggang sabado bugbog ang katawan at isipan ko sa pagod at problema ngunit  Tuwing lingo ng umaga isa lang ang misyon ko ang busugin ang aking kaluluwa ng kabanalan ng diyos ama. Hindi ko alam kung bakit dapat lingo lingo akong magsimba basta isa lang ang alam ko ginagawa ko to dahil tinatawag niya ako at ang pinakamahalaga Masaya ako sa aking pagsimba. Isang lingo nang umaga, tumuon ang homiliya nang pari sa isang binhi, mga talinhaga at parabola ang kanyang ginamit upang lubos naming maintindihan ang ebanghelyo ng umagang yaon, sabi niya “ sa ating pagsimba, ano ang nababago sa atin? May biyaya ba tayong natatanggap?” sabi pa niya ang salita dawn g diyos ay parang isang binhi, na lumalago at namumunga lamang kung ito ay maitatanim sa isang sagana at malusog na lupa, kung ang binhi an gang mga salita ni kristo tayong mga tao naman ang nagsisilbing lupa, lupa na maaaring sagana o lupang walang pataba na anu mang dilig ang gawin ay hindi magbubunga ang binhing naitanim. Tanong pa nang pari “ikaw anong lupa ka sa palagay mo?”. Agad akong napaisip. Basta sabi ko sa sarili ko, hindi man ako perpekto, alam ko may isang taong tumatanggap sa akin sa kabila ng mga pagkakamali ko, at pinapatawad ako sa bawat sala ko. Salamat BRO. Da best ka. Mga amerikano maka-pilipino

 Tipikal na araw at tipikal na mga gawain at pangyayari, ngunit may hindi ako inaasahang masasaksihan at mapapatunayan sa aking sarili ng araw na yaon.

Eksena sa isang dyip, may sumakay na dalawang lalaking amerikano, bit-bit ang kanilang 2 naglalakihang mga bag, tila ba nag-alsa balutan mula sa kanilang pinanggalingan, umupo sa may bandang dulo ng dyip, at nagtanong “how much is the fare going to Sta. Cruz” habang hawak ang isang tila ba diksyunaryo na may larawan ng mapa ng pilipinas, tila ba balak nilang libutin ang 7107 na isla ng pilipinas. Maya-maya pa ay huminto ang dyip dahil sa traffic at may umakyat na itlog ng pugo vendor agad na naintriga ang mga kano, bumili sila ng tinda ng mama, at agad na binalatan ang mga maliliit na itlog ng pugo, habang binabalatan batid sa kanilang mga mata ang paghanga at pagexcited na Makita ang laman sa loob at matikman ang itlog. Matapos kumain, binuksan muli ang kanilang maliit na diksyunaryo at tila ba nagbabanggit ng mga salitang Pilipino. Isang hapon habang nagpapaliwanag ang aming guro, samantalang ako ay abala sa pag-iisip ng maraming bagay, mga personal na problema, problema sa eskwela at isama pa dyan ang patayang case study, batid ko ang hirap ng paggawa ng pag-aaral ng isang kaso, nakakapuyat, magastos at kailangang mag-isip ng mabuti. Tatlo kami sa grupo, sabi ko sa sarili ko gagawin ko ang ganang akin at dapat nilang gawin ang ganang kanila, ngunit may mga pagkakataong hindi nila nagagawa ang ganang kanila o minsan naman malayo sa aking inaasahan, dumadating pa sa punto na gusto ko na silang sukuan, tila ba nais kong gawin nilang perpekto ang bawat trabaho, ngunit maya maya sa aking pag-iisip narinig ko ang mga katagang tinuran ng aming guro na sandaling nagpatigil ng aking pag-iisip ng napakaraming bagay, sabi niya “Huwag mong hanapin ang sarili mo sa ibang tao” agad akong napaisip, “napakasarap mabuhay ng Masaya at puno ng positibong enerhiya sa kabila ng mga problema, matutong magpakumbaba at magpasensiya, may mga pagkakataong kaya mo na hindi nila kaya, kaya magpasensiya ka, ngunit palaging maging masaya” dagdag pa niya. Napabuntong hininga ako at saglit na napaisip sa mga talinhagang sinabi ng aming guro, isang reyalisasyon na muling nagpaalala sa akin sa mga bagay na dapat kong gawin, hindi problema, hindi galit at sama ng loob ang batayan ng buhay, ang dahilan ay kaligayahan at ito ang tanging paraan, kasagutan sa mga katanungan. Minsan sabi ko sa sarili ko, dapat palaging maayos at organisado, nakalimutan ko, na tao lang pala ako, normal ang magkamali at natural ang imperpeksiyon. Hiling ko lang sa may kapal naway lagi siyang magpa-alala sa akin ng tama at mali gamit ang mga taong ginagawa niyang instrument sa paghahatid ng kanyang mensahe sa akin.

Kapag nga naman MINAMALAS. PINAGPAPALA pa din!

Setyembre 16, ang araw nang aming magdedepensa sa ganap  na alas otso ng umaga parasa aming case study, bago pa man dumating ang pinakaiintay naming araw ay napaghandaan ko na ito. Ihinanda ko na aking mga sasabihin at ang lahat nang mga posibleng sagot sa mga posibleng tanong nang komite ng pagsusuri. Ganap na als sais y medya nang bagtasin ko ang daan patungong letran, ngunit pagdating nang sinasakyan kong jeep sa Crossing Los Banos ay biglang nahinto ito dahil sa mabigat na traffic  halos ayaw ng umandar ng aming sinasakyan sa sobrang traffic, at ayon sa mga naririnig namin ay parade daw ng Banamos isang pestival na taunang ipinagdiriwang ng bayan ng Los Banos, pasado alas siyete y medya na hindi pa din umaandar an gaming sinasakyan, kaya naman agad na akong nabahala, dahil ilang minuto na lamang ay magdedepensa na kami, naalala ko tuloy ang sabi sa amin ng aming moderator , ang tanging palugit para sa mga huling darating ay hanggang limang minuto lamang at kapag sa loob ng palugit ay hindi pa dumating otomatikong re-defense ang estado na makukuha ng sinumang mahuhuli sa pagdepensa, kaya naman hindi ko maintindihan ang gagawin, kaya agad akong bumaba ng jeep upang maghanap pa ng iba pang alternatibo para makasakay ako patungong letran, hanggang sa sumakay ako ng traysikel at nagpahatid ako sa bayan upang doon magbakasakali na may masasakyan, ayokong mahuli mas lalong ayokong mag depensa mag-isa, kaya naman kahit tila imposible pa na makarating ako doon ng eksaktong alas otso, ay patuloy akong nananalig sa diyos na hindi naya ako pababayaan, at mahirap mang isipin at paniwalaan, nakarating ako ng pasado alas otso diyes lampas ng 10 minuto sa nakatakdang oras, ngunit pinayagan pa din ako dahil, nahuli din ang isa sa lupon ng tagasuri, kaya naman laking pasasalamat ko sa diyos sa ginawa niyang kabutihan sa akin ng araw na iyon, ang araw na masasabing isa sa pinakaimportante sa aming mga magsisipagtapos ng kolehiyo.

“Hindi mahalaga kung saan ka nanggaling, ang mahalaga ay kung saan mo nais makarating”.

Sa aking panonood nang telebisyon narinig ko ang mga katagang ito.

Simula nang marinig ko ang mga salitang ito ay talaga namang tumimo sa aking puso, na tila ba kumakatawan sa bawat nilalang na naglalakbay sa mundong ito na may hindi magandang pinagdaanan. Naisip ko tuloy ang mga bilanggo, dating ex-convict, prosti, dating durogista(Drug addict) at iba pang mga may masaklap at madilim na kahapon. Ang bawat tao ay may kanya kanyang kalbaryong pinagdadaanan at pinagdaanan na, ngunit marahil hindi mahalaga kung gaano kadilim at kabigat ang mga ito ang mahalaga ay kung paano mo napagtagumpayan ang mga unos at hamon na ito sa iyong buhay. Hindi tayo nilikha upang maging perpekto, hindi tayo nasa mundo upang sayangin ang bawat minuto ng ating buhay sa pagtangis at pag-usig sa kasiraan ng iba, bagkus narito tayo upang alagaan ang isa’t-isa at matuto tayo sa mga turo ng buhay, mga turong hindi biro, kailangang seryosohin pero hindi kailangang dibdibin.

Sabi nila ang buhay ay parang karera, kailangan mabilis ka para mauna ka, kailangan magaling ka para manalo ka, pero ang tanong, kailangan ba talagang mauna ka at manalo ka? Hindi ba’t ang lahat ng ito’y makamundong batayan lamang ng buhay? Tandaan natin na sa bawat karera , isa lang ang nauuna, isa lang ang nananalo ang iba ay nahuhuli at natatalo, ngunit tandaan din natin na silang natalo ay hindi nangangahulugan na hanggang doon na lamang, may pag-asa habang ang buhay ay patuloy na nagbibigay sa atin ng dahilan upang maging Masaya at mabuhay ng kaiga-igaya. Ang kahapon ay batayan lamang nang ating mga pinagdaanan at hindi na kailangan pang balikan, ang ngayon at kasalukuyan ay isang panahon para sa lahat, sa pagtatama  ng mali, sa paggawa ng dapat at sa pag-aayos ng mga nasira, ito ang pagkakataon para sa lahat, sa mga nagdaang kahapon, sa mga nagkamali at may nais baguhin at higit sa lahat ito rin ang perpektong panahon at pagkakataon upang pagplanuhan at simulan ang kinabukasan, dahil ang bukas natin ay huhulmahin natin ngayon at ditto mismo. Ang kinabukasan ay ang panahon na minimithi ng lahat nang naglalakbay sa kasalukuyan, ang lahat ay nagmimithi ng isang maganda at maliwanag na kinabukasan, ngunit para sa akin ang kinabukasan ay panahon din nang tagumpay dahil ito ang panahon na walang sinuman ang makakapagsabi bukod sa ating sarili, ang tagumpay nang kinabukasan ay pinaghihirapan sa kasalukuyan, kaya kung alam mo na naghirap, nagpaggal at nagsakripisyo ka ngayon, tanggapin mo ang masagana at maliwanag mong kinabukasan, ang bunga na iyong pinaghirapan ay iyong tikman. Samakatuwid, ang kahapon mo ay hindi magdidikta sa kinabukasan mo, at hindi mahalaga kung sino ka dati at ano ang iyong pinanggalingan ang mahalaga ay kung anong nais mong maging at san mo gusting makarating.

Learn to spend your time wisely and enjoy your life to the fullest for every happenings in our lives can only happened on that very moment, no rewind no flashback and no undo, so spent your time meaningfully and appreciate the beauty of life no matter how complicated it is. Life is a choice and not a chance!

As several years passed, I'd like to recall my pass years of stay in my Alma Mater (Colegio de San Juan de Letran) or simply Letran. I wasn't a true blooded letranite then, I came from my previous school just a kind of state university, I spent my 1st year of my college there, until I found out to myself that I was not happy at all with regards to my study, probably because what I've gained there was not enough to meet my expectations. I have nothing against with the quality of the education of those public schools and government-operated institution. because I do believe that learning shall be a two-way process, As student it is in your own discretion on how you will gain knowledge, you are the one who is making your grade as they say, in short you alone can be a good and effective student on your own way by studying hard of course.However, the school is our second home, we have so much expectations towards them,  to teach us everything that we need, nourishes our mind and hone our skills and abilities. But then again, these things wasn't able to happened during my 1st year of stay there. Nevertheless, that is not the point why I choose to write here, but to reminisce my meaningful stay at Letran.

Briefly introducing Letran Calamba

Letran is a Catholic educational institution, it was founded by the Dominican Friars of Dominican Republic of the Philippines. The 11 hectare land area of Letran Calamba is located at Brgy. bucal Calamba City Laguna. It was Born March 11, 1979 as part of the extension program of the Dominican Province of the Phil. (DPP) in response to the declared policy of Metro Manila of decongesting where Letran-intramuros is located. Letran Calamba is known for it's Castle-like image in pattern to the  Basilica of St. John Lateran in Rome considered as mother church of the  Christendom. All Letran students are called "Letranites", as they cheer "Arriba" which means "Fly high" the spirit of Letran the spirit of Arriba. It's ultimate goal is to gain university status through PACUCOA (Phil Association of Colleges and Universities Commission on Accreditation). Letran Calamba has six (6) departments, these are; SBMA (School of Business Management and Accountancy), SEAS (School of Education, Arts and Sciences, SE (School of Engineering), SN (School of Nursing), SCST (School of Computer Science and Technology), GSPS (Graduate School and Professional Services) and its newest Institute where I belong the THRMI (Tourism and HRM Institute). 

Let me share you my meaningful journey at Letran for almost three (3) years!

Exploring Letran's beauty 

With it's Filipino,Dominican and Christian orientation, I find Letran, indeed as my second home. In Letran, I met people with different stories in life, with different personalities and people with different character and people who have distinguished set of principles in life. 

During my 1st year of stay in Letran, It was an uncomfortable feeling for me at the same time challenging, a feeling of everything is a new to my eyes, the buildings, people and the culture.Probably it was just a usual feeling of being freshmen, everything has to explore first to enjoy the stay. and that's what I did anyway, I explored the beauty of Letran, from its Castle-like buildings, New facilities, Services and many more. Here I expected too much, primarily with the quality of education, the style of teaching, the professors capabilities, the facilities, and ultimately I was expecting an exceptional experience of being part of the Letran community,  a community that is bonded and blessed by Christian and Dominican culture and being a true-blooded Letranite. During my stay at Letran, I've already attended lots of masses that is usually celebrated as part our culture, which I wasn't surprised, as a matter of fact, I am so delighted, Because I know that I am in the good hands, a hands that is capable in honing my skills and talent, a hand that is willing to hold you until you become capable and independent a hand that is loving and caring a hand that nourishes my mind with lots of knowledge, a hand that fulfills my spiritual needs. As I always craving for God's teaching, Letran provided me what i craved for, they are offering theology subjects, which bringing God to the life of everyone, by introducing and revealing God's graces and glory. Several recollections and retreat were also conducted annually for spiritual growth of every letranites, allowing them to reflect and pause for a while over the crowd and appreciate God's blessings, helping students how to forgive and forget, teaching students how to overcome frustrations and failures and lot of inspiring thoughts that will surely feed up our hungry spiritual being. Letran also have numerous organizations to join in, there are Volunteer group (Letran volunteer Cor, Rotaract. etc), Leadership organization (SYL, ARSO, etc.), religious groups(Kasambahay, Domnet. etc.), talent-based group (Tining, LSDC), also if you have talent and aspires to become a student journalist THE KNIGHT publication's door is open for aspiring writers, photojournalist, cartoonist, lay-out artist, which I am currently part of the official publication of Letran Clamba the KNIGHT Publication, I am now the acting Associate Editor of The Knight, which I could attest, that these organization allows me to bring out my inner talent, my writing skill, that's why I am now trying to write this as part of my passion, writing. This encouraged me to polish my grammars, to improve my English communication skills both written and oral, thus, my heart goes to this publication. The air-conditioned room, friendly atmosphere, a soft couch, with my desk of The knight publication's office became my comfort zone whenever I have no classes, doing my stuff, writing articles, assignments, case study, or even taking a nap for a while, there I find serenity and peace and a room for knowledge. Letran is indeed full of things to enjoy with, as much as you appreciate everything that surrounds you, you'll probably enjoy your stay.

Graduation Photo shoot!

Earlier, we took  our pose on our Graduation pictorial. Everyone is excited to take a pose. But i don't know why it seems something that i am not really interested, but of course, its a nice thing for me which will give another reason for me to think of the fast approaching of March (Graduation Day). Honestly, I am not that excited with the graduation, perhaps, i will prepare for that but i dont think i will get excited about it. I dont know, probably because i am thinking about my life after grad. will i have my work right after grad? something like that. anyway i think i just have to be happy for i will about to graduate, the evidence that i really worked and study hard so i deserved this. and of course, another way of being grateful to God for his unending grace.

Last Ordinary Sunday of Catholic Liturgical Calendar!

HAVE A VERY BLESSED SUNDAY EVERYONE. VIVA CRISTO REI. (FEAST OF CHRIST THE KING)! 



The birthday of our King Jesus Christ is indeed fast approaching. But prior to that holy celebration(Christmas), We as Catholic will have to prepare first for his coming and this is the "Season of Advent". 

HOLY GOSPEL
Matthew 25: 31 - 46 (summarized)
"Then the King will say to those at his right hand, `Come, O blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world;
for I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me,
I was naked and you clothed me, I was sick and you visited me, I was in prison and you came to me.'"
And the King will answer them, `Truly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these my brethren, you did it to me.'

For this Sunday's reflection, Our Gospel encourages us to feel the righteousness of the lord, for he is the lord who holds justice and Sovereignty as he is the KING of the universe. but one thing he wanted us to learn from him, if we truly believe in him and his grace, if we truly wish to follow him and be one of his chosen people who will have the banquet of eternal life, again he says "`Truly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these my brethren, you did it to me.". We can only claim that we are Jesus Followers, when we learned how to follow his will, and when we learned to do things that he wished for us to do to his son.

Jesus is indeed a KING. He is ruler of the universe. He possessed the power of a king that no one ever had. Despite of his Royalty, he desired to stepped down on the pedestal and he even find his kingship not in his throne, not even having a Royal Crown, and not even having a scepter which symbolizes greatest power. But he found his kingship when he was crucified to redeemed all the sinners and let them feel and experience the salvation which symbolizes LOVE of the father for his son. This is the real essence of kingship for Jesus. it is not the power but it is about offering ourselves selflessly to the least. This reflection is great thing to reflect with, because in contrast in the reality that our least fellow countrymen is being experienced., For those who possessed power, they also possessed greediness and evilness to the needy, which is in contrast to the will of Jesus when he Let us be his follower. This is a CALL for us to become a KING for the needy in our own little way, yet not having a throne, nor scepter and a crown, but having a power to reach out the needy but not having any expectations of return back. 
Let us remember that Jesus is KING but a king who has come to serve and not to be serve.

Perhaps, we may wish to ask ourselves with this following Questions:

Jesus is the King of the universe, but am I letting him to be the King of my life?

I follow most of the Celebrity icons, but Do I follow Jesus?

Let's CHAT and TWEET to Jesus through our Prayer as we maintain our holy communication with him which when we do, MISCOMMUNICATION will be no longer an issue.

Movie Review: PRAYBEYT BENJ.

just recently, my partner in crime (neng) hanny navalta and i watched this unkabogable movie of the year starring the unkabogable "VICE GANDA". we were so excited to watch the movie, because i can confessed that neng and vhoi(me, hanny used to call me vhoi, probably in some other time i will let you know why she fondly called me that way) are fan of vice ganda because in our daily routine our laughter is our vitamins, the will not end without "okrayan session" which we imitate from vice. Punchlines of vice ganda were really sold by both of us. 

anyway so much for that. let me just tell you what this unkabogable praybeyt benj. all about(for those who haven't yet watched the movie). 

this is a story of gay man, who has been accepted by his own family by who he is and what gender orientation he has, they live peacefully yet full of fun. the Benjamin Santos lineage is known for being a great and brave soldier, a masculine and full of courage but only vice ganda who is part of the santos clan came out soft hearted man. Until the Benjamin santos Sr. (Eddie Garcia) invited their family (vice ganda's family) to attend to his 75th birthday, his lolo (E. Garcia) is not informed about vice's orientation, which when he noticed that vice is a gay, it was a start of trouble among his family relationship with his lolo. but along the way many twists happened he became a soldier but a closet gay soldier, as the government appealed t othe people of RP to undergo training for the additional defense against terrorist attacks. Ok let me hang on you there! i think enough! you should watch the movie. haha! pay for your ticket. or just wait to have it in CD or DVD. 

anyway the movie was great, punchlines characters are great is just one thing that i didn't like about the movie, it was the story and its flow. it seems that some of the scenes were unnecessary and just included for the purpose of delivering funny lines, which for me great, but i just hope it has more spectacular story and sequence of the scenes to be more entertaining. anyway if i would rate it, it would be 4 out of 5

next movie to watch.

american pie reunion (4th series). Whenever people asking me about my favorite movie/s no hesitation i would say it is "american pie series". as far as i know i've already watched all it's series, and it was a great comedy movie for me, it's quite naughty and green but really cute. all characters has a distinct role to play and it was interesting movie though. in addition, another thing why i love this movie simply because it reminds me the happy memories that i had with my old friends "my barkada" (trixie,vernie,hailey,clark) i missed them so much, i just hope we can get a chance again to bond and have fun and continue our happy friendships as barkada.

Malapit nang matapos ang Kalendaryong pansimbahan o "Liturgical Calendar" at maghahanda na muli tayo (mga katoliko) sa nalalapit na pasko ang isa sa pinaka dakilang okasyon at pagdiriwang para sa mga katoliko o ang "Adbiyento".

Ngunit sa linggong ito, ang pagninilay ay matamang nakatuon sa nag-iisa at pinakamahalagang bagay sa mundo ang "PAG-IBIG.". Sa linggong ito, hinahamon tayo nang mga pagbasa na suriin natin ang ating mga sarili, Sa mga nagdaang panahon sapat ba ang pagmamahal na ibinagay natin sa ating tagapagligtas at patuloy na tagapagpuno nang ating mga kakulangan? sapat ba ang pagpupurit at pasasalamat natin sa Diyos katumbas nang mga pagpapala, grasya at biyaya sa na ating natatanggap sa araw-araw mula sa kanya? Minahal ba natin siya ng totoo?. O lumalapit lamang tayo sa kanya sa mga panahong kailangan natin siya? Huwag nating gawing Superpisyal ang ating pananampalataya at Pagmamahal sa diyos dahil ni minsan hindi niya tayo minahal nang kakarampot bagkus ang pag-ibig niya ay walang hanggan at totoo para sa lahat.

Isang mapagpalang buong linggo mga kapatid. 
Palaguin ang sarili sa pananampalataya at Buhayin ang unti-unting namamatay nating pag-ibig. 

Mahalin mo ang Diyos, at Mahalin mo ang kapwa mo nang higit pa sa sarili mo. Dahil ang nagmamahal sa diyos ay hindi nawawalan nang pagmamahal sa kapwa.

Sunday's Reflection: " Give what belongs to Ceazer and Give what belongs to GOD. ".

Ceazar refers to state and GOD to his Church. The state asks for Taxes and other legal responsibilities as citizen, but GOD merely asks us for the little and simple thing that we can, for a little time and sincere devotion, he merely ask us to find his kingdom where the peace and love dwells in. 

Now, His asking YOU to give something. Are you willing to give? if yes! Go to his kingdom(church) and offer your time and prayer and find peace and happiness.
